A short session-note demo may miss the larger writing job
If most of your writing time goes into progress reports, a polished daily note is not enough evidence about the purchase. The daily note describes one appointment. An interval report needs the period and comparison you intend to describe.
Astralcyte includes interval progress reports as well as session-note formats. The way to use that option is to dictate the results and history you want in the report, giving the draft the account you have already developed.
The earlier and current results are supplied in the recap
Consider this fictional clinician summary:
"This report covers September 1 to September 28. At the September 1 review there were 10 opportunities, with 2 responses recorded as independent. At the September 28 review there were 10 opportunities, with 5 recorded as independent. The two reviews used the same task and setting. These are review samples, not totals for every session. My interpretation is that independent responding increased in those samples. Continue the agreed plan and review again next month."
An illustrative interval-report passage could read:
"For the September 1 to 28 reporting period, comparable review samples each included 10 opportunities in the same task and setting. Independent responses increased from 2 on September 1 to 5 on September 28. The clinician interpreted this as increased independent responding in the sampled reviews. These results are review samples rather than totals across all sessions. Continue the agreed plan, with review next month."
A daily note from the current visit would instead emphasize that visit's 10 opportunities and 5 independent responses, along with its stated context and follow-up. The longer report uses the earlier result, reporting period, and interpretation because the clinician explicitly supplied them.
These are fictional examples of document differences, not model outputs or measured clinical outcomes.
Choose the output against the work on your desk
If the daily account is the burden, see a draft from a routine recap. If the interval report is the burden, see what the tool does with a recap containing the historical results and period you need to report. The longer task may be where drafting saves the most repeated writing.
Each Astralcyte draft uses the selected recording. You can gather information in your existing data system, dictate the account, then edit and copy the draft into the document you are preparing. You do not have to move the measurements to a new platform.
Keep the account off another company's servers
The privacy policy explains that the transcript and draft are made on your device and never sent to the company through the app. The working account stays in encrypted storage. You can add help with the report while keeping the data system and patient record already in use.
