The dataset and the note do different jobs
Your data system can already hold the counts while a written account still needs to explain the session. Typing the numbers again, connecting them with the context, and arranging the follow-up can take time.
A short clinician recap supplies both the results you want reported and the explanation you have chosen. A drafting aid can turn that account into readable text rather than require you to type the same summary beside the dataset.
The measurements stay explicit in the example
Consider this fictional recap:
"For today's session, there were 20 opportunities. Eight responses were recorded as independent, seven with a verbal cue, and five with other assistance. During the first part of the session the room was quiet; a group activity began nearby in the later part. No separate counts for the two parts were collected. The caregiver said mornings have been easier this week. I reviewed today's results with the caregiver. We will continue with the agreed plan and review the next session's data."
An illustrative note could read:
"Across 20 opportunities, 8 responses were recorded as independent, 7 with a verbal cue, and 5 with other assistance. A nearby group activity began during the later part of the session; results were not counted separately by session segment. Caregiver reported easier mornings during the week. Clinician reviewed the session results with the caregiver. Continue the agreed plan and review data at the next session."
The drafting joins measurements, session context, caregiver report, and next step into one account. It does not require a second round of typing the same details. The figures and sample note are fictional illustrations, not an evaluation result or treatment guidance.
Keep the data system and add writing help
Astralcyte drafts from the account in the recording. Your measured results remain in the system you already use; you dictate the values and context you want in the note. Edit the draft and copy it into the existing record.
You can record the full session if you want help summarizing the conversation. A recap can be enough when you have already gathered the data and decided what the accompanying note should say.
Keep the richer account private
The privacy policy explains that recordings, transcripts, and drafts stay on your device rather than go to the company. Encrypted storage protects the working records.
You can get the writing assistance shown in the example without giving an online scribe the caregiver discussion or full session.
