A new scribe can receive more than the existing data system
If your practice already uses a hosted data platform, an online scribe may look like another version of the same choice. But the two tools can receive different information. Measurements entered into a dataset are not the same as a recording of the whole session.
The session may include caregiver descriptions, household conversation, or discussion of people who are not present. A short final note may omit much of that. A service given the recording can still receive it.
Compare the actual information being sent
For a fictional session, the clinician records 20 opportunities with results grouped by assistance level. During the session, a caregiver also discusses morning routines and why a relative has been unavailable.

Keep drafts without adding that fuller upload
