A meeting does not follow the order of its case note

A client may raise transport, return to an earlier referral, and then explain why a proposed appointment time does not work. The note needs to bring those related facts together. Writing the account can take effort even when you already know what happened.

A short recap can give the app the details you want in the record. The additional help from AI drafting is the arrangement: turning several spoken threads into a concise account with the follow-up easy to find.

A scattered recap becomes a readable note

Consider this fictional recap:

"Follow up on the afternoon appointment option. Client asked about transport to the service. They said the morning bus would get them there too early. We looked at the timetable together. The referral from last week has been received by the service, according to the confirmation I reviewed today. No appointment is booked yet. Client asked whether afternoon appointments are available, and I said I would ask the service. They prefer that to arranging different transport."

An illustrative case-note draft could read:

"Reviewed service access and appointment arrangements. The worker reviewed confirmation that last week's referral had been received; no appointment is booked. Client reported that the morning bus would arrive too early. The timetable was reviewed together. Client preferred an afternoon appointment if available. Worker will ask the service about afternoon availability."

The draft brings the referral and appointment status together, joins the transport discussion with the preference it led to, and states the follow-up once. It removes the opening reminder without losing the action. This is a fictional illustration of the writing difference, not a recorded model result.

Use the record you already have

Astralcyte can work from the recorded meeting or your own recap. You edit the draft and copy it into the agency record. That is useful when the agency's forms already work and the remaining burden is writing the free-text account.

A brief recap can also be much shorter than the meeting, particularly when only one part of the discussion belongs in the case note. It starts with the details you have selected rather than records every side conversation.

Keep the fuller client discussion private

The privacy policy explains that recordings, transcripts, and drafts are made and kept on your device. The company never receives the client discussion through the app. Encrypted storage protects the text while you work.

The value is visible in the example: less rearranging and repeated writing before the note reaches the agency record, without giving an online scribe the meeting.
