In Ontario, Astralcyte Notes can be used in every kind of health practice.

Astralcyte Notes runs locally, prompts you to confirm consent, and leaves every note for your review. Select your profession for any additional College requirements.

The Ontario Information and Privacy Commissioner's AI-scribe checklist calls for consent, data minimization, privacy and security review, and clinician oversight. Astralcyte's local workflow supports each of these requirements.

The CPBAO Standards of Professional Conduct require professional judgment, informed consent, and active review of AI-assisted work. Astralcyte keeps the final decision with the clinician.

Astralcyte Notes prompts you to confirm consent before each session and leaves every note as a draft for your review. You can turn off the reminder if you collect consent through an intake form or another established process.

Ontario providers can use Astralcyte Notes subject to the profession-specific requirements above and any applicable workplace policy.
